Founders
Dave Christie
Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics
35+ years of strategic supply chain and logistics leadership. Dave works alongside business owners and executives to drive performance improvement, change, innovation, and growth across all aspects of their supply chains.
Started as a logistics officer in the NZ Army, then held senior roles at PwC Consulting, The Warehouse, Fonterra, Coda Group, and Tainui Group Holdings — where he was instrumental in developing the Ruakura Superhub.
Expert industry advisor to government agencies, including NZTE and MOT, as well as a member of the Advisory Panel for University of Auckland's Centre for Supply Chain Management.
Janke van der Vyver

Technology entrepreneur with 30+ years founding and leading technology businesses. Janke excels at delivering large, complex, and emerging technology solutions — bringing people, process, and technology together to deliver business outcomes.
Leads Synergic's architecture, security, and AI strategy.
Previous ventures include enterpriseIT, Nimbal.io, iVise Solutions, and Deus Ex — enterprise technology for NZ and Asia Pacific markets.
Noël Thomson
Supply Chain, Planning and Manufacturing
Over 35 years' experience in supply chains and manufacturing with global and NZ blue-chip companies across food, FMCG, commodities, building products, QSR, and beverages.
Noël engages with NZTE as a supply chain advisor and manages the Infor vendor relationship. He holds a Master of Commerce (Supply Chain Strategy) from the University of Auckland and is a Hillary Leadership Programme graduate.
Previous roles include Unilever, Fonterra, DB Breweries, Goodman Fielder, ASSA ABLOY, and Restaurant Brands.

Anay holds Zebra Technologies RFID Professional certification and specialises in designing and implementing RFID systems for New Zealand businesses. Leads technical delivery across IoT, RFID, systems integration, and AI.

Bachelor of Business (Supply Chain Management and Digital Business) from the University of Waikato. Over eight years in sales, implementation, and support of SaaS platforms. Delivers consulting engagements across forecasting, ERP configuration, and supply chain improvement.
Athol Keeling
Optimisation Guru
Highly experienced supply chain professional with engineering thinking and consulting background. Designed, delivered, and operated best-practice solutions for production planning, logistics planning, sales allocation, and inventory planning for NZ's largest dairy exporter. One of the original developers of the Stringent inventory optimisation methodology.
