Noël Thomson
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Noël Thomson created Synergic Technologies after 30 years' experience in supply chain and manufacturing with global blue-chip companies across an array of industries including food, FMCG, commodities, building products, QSR, and beverages.
With an emphasis on strategic thinking, supply chain, Sales & Operations Planning, implementation of ERP systems and transformation projects, Noël has honed his capabilities in collaborative & strategic approaches to deliver technical innovations and sustainable value for businesses. With this experience Noël engages with NZTE as a supply chain advisor. His vision is to leverage technology to maximise supply networks.

Dave Christie
CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER
Dave has a wealth of strategic supply chain and logistics leadership experience, with a career in the industry spanning more than 35 years. Dave works alongside business owners and executives wanting to drive performance improvement, change, innovation and growth across all aspects of their supply chains – ultimately so their businesses can prosper and excel.
Dave started out as a logistics officer in the NZ Army and has since held senior supply chain and logistics roles in leading organisations like PwC Consulting, The Warehouse, Fonterra, Coda and Tainui Group Holdings (TGH).
Through his 35 years of experience, Dave has worked across a multitude of industry sectors, including: iwi; retail; FMCG; primary (I.e. dairy, meat, forestry); manufacturing and distribution; government and defence; infrastructure and property; and services.
Dave is a proud Kiwi who is passionate about enhancing the future prosperity of New Zealand. He realises this ambition through helping NZ businesses to grow and succeed.

Janke van der Vyver
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER
Janke van der Vyver is an entrepreneur with a focus on technology and productivity improvement. He has founded multiple technology start-ups over the past 20 years and excels at delivering large, complex and emerging technology solutions.
Janke aims to bring people, process and technology together to deliver his customers’ outcome expectations. He uses creative solutions focused on the constraint to deliver exponential rather than incremental value to all stakeholders.

Athol Keeling
INSIGHTS ANALYST
Athol is a highly experienced supply chain professional with a passion for transforming processes, people, and outcomes. His engineering thinking and consulting background empowers him to ask very good questions and deliver meaningful insights. Also highly relevant to this project is Athol’s hands on experience designing, delivering, and then operating best practice solutions for production planning, logistics planning, sales allocation, and inventory planning in a complex environment for New Zealand’s largest dairy export business.
Athol is one of the original developers of the Stringent optimisation methodology and solution.

Henry Taylor
DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST
Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Majoring in Supply Chain Management and Digital Business from the University of Waikato.
With experience in the use and implementation of Industrial software in both the Supply chain and Agriculture industries, along with over eight years' experience in sales and support. Previous roles have given Henry experience with the implementation and sale of software as a service packages. This includes everything from marketing and sales through to implementation and support, enabling clients to utilize digitization to become more profitable and efficient.
Henry is passionate about technology in supply chains and their role in reducing waste and the environmental impacts of business.

Experienced self-driven process engineer, project manager and business consultant with a proven track record of delivering complex end to end process designs, projects, and business improvements to a wide range of businesses.
Jaco is passionate about adding value to businesses by improving flow, whether it is in the flow of goods and services, or the internal business processes of organizations.

Jay Queenin
COST-TO-SERVE & OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST
Jay has over 20 years of working within the supply chain industry, with the majority of those years working as a manager and business analyst for many of NZ biggest companies.
Jay also has an impressive education which includes holding a Bachelor's Degree in Arts majoring in Multimedia Production and Neuroscience from Bennington College in Vermont, USA; a Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences majoring in Neurophysiology from the University of Auckland; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Science majoring in Marine Science from Massey University and is currently studying at the University of Otago completing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Science communication.

Anay Tambe
RFID ENGINEER
Anay is a qualified Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer and also holds a Master's degree in Business and Management.
He specialises in designing RFID systems and also holds industry-level qualifications for the same. During his time with Synergic Technologies, he has helped design the right RFID technology solution to aid best practices for business optimisation.

Yani is an IT professional with a graduate certificate in computer science, specializing in the integration of RFID hardware and software systems. With a focus on optimizing and troubleshooting RFID solutions, she has extensive experience in software support and deployment, ensuring platform compatibility, and enhancing data accuracy.
